Hello, my name is Carl V. Shields, father, husband, author, speaker, and Construction Worker.
Here to develop and build up CONSTRUCTION FIELD LEADERS that are more effective, efficient, productive, and happier at work and at home. We focus on developing the whole individual, personal development and soft skills, leadership training, and health, as well as industry knowledge and skill. We work with those who wish to perform at a higher lever at work, at home, in life.
I have the unique experience of working my way up from and through the field and then into the office. I’ve been in the construction industry for 30 years with a diverse back ground and experience. I was licensed as a Master Electrician, a Construction Superintendent, and Construction Project Manager. I’ve worked with Company’s with $5 million and revenue and a company that has done $550 million in yearly revenue.
